Brixton Clay Tea Bowl

Brixton Clay Tea Bowl

This bowl is wheel thrown using a combination of stoneware and naturally occurring London clay dug locally in Brixton during a house renovation. Hand made by ceramicist Janie Kinston. The clay body speckles the surface with iron and naturally occurring impurities.

We recommend placing a metal pin holder or flower frog inside the bowl; these simple tools are the perfect aid for arranging wild flowers, delicate stems and grasses. The use of the frogs allow us to celebrate the space between each flower as much as the flower itself, playing to the JamJar aesthetic of simple and unadorned.

Dimensions: H 9cm x W 9cm

Metal flower frog included.
