Shipping + Returns
 

We aim to dispatch all products in stock within 3-5 working days of your order date; orders are dispatched Tuesday - Thursday from our studio. You will be notified by email when your order has been processed. If you require your items sooner, send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate this for you. We offer next day and 48 hour tracked services, this is from the date of dispatch not the date of your order.

EU & INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

As of 1st January 2021 the trade and movement of goods between the UK and the EU are subject to customs charges determined by the receiving country. For EU and international shipments, recipients are responsible for any customs or VAT charges and necessary handling fees that may occur in the receiving country before claiming their parcel.

We ship worldwide, however if you don’t see an option for shipping to your particular country please email us for a shipping quote.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please email edit@jamjarflowers.co.uk before returning your item to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please note that customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains your responsibility until we receive it back at our studio - so we advise using a tracked postal service. We can then arrange a refund as necessary. 

Many of our products are handmade using natural materials so products may vary slightly between orders. If there is any damage to your items when they arrive, please notify us immediately and we will replace them as soon as possible.
