The design and proportions of our stoneware flower bowl are based on one of our favourite ceramic vessels that we reach for time and time again when making arrangements in the studio. The bowl is made for creating beautiful arrangements at home. Each piece is individually crafted by ceramicist James Wardle of Cleefold Pottery in Shropshire. Hand thrown and finished in an earthy woodash with a contemporary white glaze inside, the bowl makes for a beautiful stand alone piece as well as a vessel for flower arranging.

Pair with a Niwaki flower frog, the perfect tool for supporting stems and branches to create artful foam-free arrangements.

Cleefold Pottery, situated in the fold between the Brown Clee and Titterstone Clee Hills, was established in 2019 by James Wardle. James makes hand thrown stoneware pieces which are simple and contemporary, yet resonate with the timeless beauty of Cleefold Pottery’s natural surroundings.
