We’re delighted to be hosting a Flower Pressing Workshop at the newly opened Hertfordshire florist, Flowered Up.

You will learn how to select and prepare your specimens for pressing using locally grown seasonal flowers and foraged plants, filling your own flower press which is yours to keep at the end of the workshop.

Working with flowers we have pressed for you in advance, you will come away from this workshop having mastered techniques for composing and mounting your own pressed flower artwork - also yours to take home to further your pursuits in the art of flower pressing.

Join us in this wonderful building - known as The Verger’s House, circa 1450, it is the oldest surviving dwelling in Hertford.
